What is NAUFest?

NAUFest is Junior Achievement Americas’ largest educational experience. It brings together young people from across the region in a shared space for learning, inspiration, and action on entrepreneurship, the future of work, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and personal purpose.

It combines in-person events and virtual experiences to help you discover opportunities, develop skills, and connect with people who can help shape your future.

What themes does it develop?

NAUFest addresses five major themes that are transforming the world:

Through events, challenges, mentoring, and practical content, you'll be able to explore these topics alongside leaders and young people from across the region.

What are the requirements for participating in NAUFest 2026?

You don't need any prior experience or specific knowledge. All you need is a desire to learn, explore new opportunities, and get involved. Some activities require advance registration due to limited capacity or the nature of the experience.

Are there age limits to participate?

NAUFest is aimed primarily at young people between the ages of 16 and 25.

Until when can I register for the in-person events?

We recommend that you follow NAUFest's announcements to find out the registration dates in your country and secure your spot in the available activities.

Can I participate if I don't live in a city where in-person events are held?

Yes! You can participate from anywhere through NAUFest’s virtual experiences. Throughout the program, you’ll find challenges, content segments, masterclasses, mentoring sessions, and other digital activities that connect young people from different countries across the region.

What are virtual experiences?

Challenge Take part in a guided journey where you’ll explore a real-world problem, develop a proposed solution, and present it to a regional jury. You could win amazing prizes!

Matching Talent
Access short videos, masterclasses, and mentoring sessions with professionals and business leaders to learn more about the world of work and the skills organizations are looking for today.

Special content and activities
Throughout the experience, you’ll find resources, live streams, and opportunities to keep learning from anywhere.

Can I participate in more than one experience?

Yes! You can participate in one, several, or all of NAUFest’s activities.

The experience is designed so that each person can create their own journey, based on their interests and availability. There’s no single path—you choose how to experience NAUFest.

What is it to be a #NAUInfluencer, can I be one?

A #NAUInfluencer is someone who has already had an experience with Junior Achievement and wants to inspire other young people by sharing ideas, lessons learned, and opportunities.
