Organization of the Competition
The #IdeaToBusiness Challenge is organized by Junior Achievement Americas (JAA). Its objective is for young people from all over Latin America to share a project or business idea in a concrete and brief way, with the possibility of choosing different formats.
2. Steps to participate

- Upload the production to the social network of your choice (we suggest: TikTok and Instagram for the video; Spotify, Instagram and TikTok for the audio; X Thread or Linkedin post for the text and Linkedin and Instagram for the Visual Design). If you prefer not to upload it to a social network, you can share an open link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

It is important to pay attention to the following minimum requirements per format:

3. Conditions of Participation
- The Challenge is open to young people between 16 and 25 years of age, residents of any country in the Americas.
- Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

4. Validity of the Challenge
The Challenge will run from July 11 to August 7. No entries will be accepted after this period.
5. Selection Process
The selection process will consist of two stages:
- The first will be an evaluation by JAA staff who will select the 12 best products (3 per category).
- In the second stage, an expert jury made up of entrepreneurs and NAUFest partners will evaluate the 12 finalist products to choose the winner.
In both instances, the selection criteria are:
- Integration of the educational contents of the Challenge (25%): Does the production reflect the proposed contents and integrate them with the shared idea?
- Relevance and solution to an existing problem (15%): Does the proposal respond to a real need or a specific problem in today's world? The clarity of the problem identified and the relevance of the proposed solution will be assessed.
- Business model and feasibility (20%): Does the idea have a clear and implementable business model? It is expected to include basic elements such as target audience, value proposition, channels and potential revenue streams, showing an understanding of how the business works.
- Impact and Purpose (15%): Does the idea have the potential to generate a positive change at a personal, community or social level? The connection of the pitch to current world challenges and its transformative projection will be especially valued.
- Clarity and Power of the Idea (15%): Does the pitch convey a clear, well-structured idea with potential? The pitch is expected to have a strong core message and be understandable to a diverse audience.
- Originality and Creativity (10%): Is the proposal presented in an innovative way, with a different or creative approach? Both the content and the way the story is told will be evaluated, rewarding ideas and expressions that deviate from the mold without losing coherence.
